This coffee comes from a farm called La Colombia, that is spread across 52 hectares and produces around 1,500 bags of green coffee each year. This farm grows multiple varieties of coffees like, Caturra as well as various micro lots, such as, natural Caturra, Maragogipe natural & Geisha.
Over the years the farmers have introduced many new techniques in order to enhance the production and drying methods to improve the quality of the coffee.
This coffee is produced from a washed Caturra. It offers everything that a good Antioquian coffee should: a medium acidity, a great body with a cocoa-like sensation in the cup, and a long aftertaste of red fruit.
