Hario V60 Drip-Assist

We present the innovative method of Harryo, the filtering aid or "Drip Assist," to ensure a consistent filtering process and a delicious cup of coffee continuously. Harryo, in collaboration with the 2013 World Barista Champion, offers an innovative way to ensure consistency in filtering by controlling the speed and pace of water pouring each time you prepare a cup of coffee through the V60. Usage method: Place the filtering aid on top of the Harryo V60 cone and above the paper filter as well, then pour or filter on the different pouring holes, where the small inner hole ensures faster filtering and pouring of water, and the outer hole ensures slower filtering and a wider range. After testing, we recommend at home, just like the designer of the Drip Assist, the barista champion Luca, suggests using the small inner pouring hole for wetting the coffee, and the outer hole for the rest of the filtering process, also pouring slightly inside the inner hole between each pour.
